COMMUNITY GROUPS

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

Proverbs 27:17

Community groups are the backbone of our church. Most meet on Sunday morning, but a few meet off campus at other times. When you come to a group you can expect Bible study, prayer, and regular social opportunities. Most of our groups follow the Explore the Bible curriculum, which overviews the entire Bible in seven years. Our groups are open to everyone--Christians and non-Christians. The list below describes the life setting of most people in the group, but we believe it's great when different generations connect. We encourage guests to try several groups before you settle on one.

On-Campus Community Groups

Our on-campus groups meet on Sunday morning at either 9 or 10:30 am. These groups vary in size and each has a unique dynamic defined by leadership and class members.  Each group will feature several elements: relationship connection with others in our church family, prayer time, Biblical teaching, and social events outside of Sunday morning.  These groups are open to anyone and you are welcome to visit and join any of these groups.

In-Home Community Groups

Our in-home groups meet on various evenings during the week. These meetings consist of relationship building, prayer time, discussion about the Sunday sermon, and social gatherings outside the group time. If you want to visit an in-home group, email the leader of that group for exact address and details needed. Some groups have child care while other groups do not. By design, these groups have a limit to the amount of people that can attend. If the group says full, this means they are not currently able to add more people to the gathering.
